The Project
Anxiety and depression levels are growing problems and need to be debated. Therefore, we feel the need to speak more deeply about these aspects. Not only in an educational way, but also in a provocative line, to question, and in a light line to counterpoint the weight that these diseases represent.
If we are hyperconnected, a technological benefit that took us to another level as a collective life, it also seems that we are moving away from our human capacity to be happy. Thousands of daily microinteractions fuel an invisible addiction, and our minds seem to consume more stuff than it can handle.
When we discuss anxiety and depression, we see that contemporary factors and the technological framework inserted in our daily lives seem to aggravate the problems; therefore, questioning and acting on what we experience is a priority for our collective survival.
Love, levity, affection, affection, all are essential inputs for a balanced and healthy life; they all take place off-screen. We need to talk about the simplest and most powerful philosophical message of our time: happiness comes from within us.
